FREE – PUBLIC EVENTS AND INSTRUCTION –at BWCC
We will be hosting our FREE annual Learn-to-Shoots, Fishing Derby and Fly Fishing for Beginners events in Spring of 2026. These are sponsored by the our club and Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

Learn to Shoot Skeet: April 18, 10am-3pm several time slots throughout the day. Link HERE

Fairfield County Bird Dog Club is hosting their 2026 FREE Women’s Outdoor Weekend:
Registration is open for this year’s event taking place on May 15, 16 and 17 -and tent camping (or clubhouse camping) once again! Food provided all weekend Friday evening through Sunday morning. The main event will start on Saturday morning with registration and breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00. While the whole schedule is still being solidified, you can plan on trap shooting, sporting clays, archery, personal safety, a new National Parks presentation and wildlife jeopardy. Also, shotgun specialist what should buy if you’re in the market for a gun, what the value is of old guns you’ve inherited, how to sell or transfer guns, or anything else you would like to ask. Co-sponsored by ODNR.
